The Original, Constantly Evolving
Begun in 1964 as a modest, 1,500 square feet chilled facility, Mullica Hill Cold Storage has grown steadily, both in terms of scope and sophistication. Frozen foods were added in 1973. USDA inspection facilities followed soon thereafter. A significant number of value-added services, quality control and safety procedures, along with custom processes and state-of-the-art information technology have followed.
This location was also the beginning of the Group's transportation system, which has grown to a large fleet of refrigerated vehicles operating throughout the east coast.
